Fire is fire. All we know for sure is that it burns, sometimes for goodness, at others, for ill. We don&#039;t know the Horseman&#039;s intent, largely because he is, after all, headless.\n&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;\nThis piece was commissioned by a gentleman who collects art depicting the Headless Horseman.
